A "Multiple Count" occurs when you count different objects simultaneously: you can count the trees and the benches while you are walking in the park or the chimes of different bells from a church.
"Multiple Count" is a good challenge for your brain; practicing "Multple Count" will increase your focus. In order to add a nice relaxation feeling to the practice, the sequence needs to be synchronized.
This is one of the reasons you like music: when the music begins, you unconsciously start counting "sound objects" perfectly synchronized.
Music and dance are disciplines based on counting: a dancer and a musician constantly practice "Multiple Counting" numbering bars and beats.
